Our Labs projects move back and forth between the builder's perspective and the client-side perspective we gain through our contract work.

Our most mature project today is JsonUI. We plan to share more of our internal tools and schemas over time.

JsonUI

An agent-driven UI development platform. From a single spec, JsonUI generates native UI, UI tests, and docs for iOS (SwiftUI / UIKit), Android (Jetpack Compose / XML), and Web (React + Tailwind).

Built for a world where AI agents write UI code. Rather than asking the AI to follow rules, JsonUI is designed so rules can't be broken — through specialized agents, CLI tools, and a spec-first workflow that structurally removes output drift.

The iOS library has been in continuous development since 2018 (most mature); Android and Web are newer (2025 onward). The ecosystem spans CLI tools, AI agents, test drivers, and a VS Code extension.
